You can return or exchange goods according to simple rules: the accessory must be in good condition, i.e., the presentation is preserved.
This applies to products that have not been used, have all consumer properties, original packaging, labels, seals, and all accompanying documentation. If for some reason the leather accessory you purchased does not fit, according to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", you have the right to exchange or return the goods of good quality within 14 days from the date of receipt.

The GRANDE PELLE leather accessories store offers transparent and convenient conditions for customers who want to return goods of our production. Follow these steps to make the process go quickly and smoothly:

- Provide the data specified in your bill of lading (B/L) when you receive the goods;
- Get information about return shipping of the accessory;
- Send the goods;
- In case of exchange, we will check the returned product and send you a new accessory of your choice within 1-3 days.
In the absence of a similar leather bag or wallet that the customer wants to exchange, we offer several options: you can exchange the goods as soon as the required model arrives or choose another accessory of equal value or with a refund. There is also a refund option, but please note that shipping costs, including courier fees, are not refundable. If the customer decides to cancel the order, the delivery cost is paid by the customer.
In case of receiving damaged or defective goods, please contact us at the number indicated and provide the data from the bill of lading (B/L). We will also ask you to send photos that demonstrate the defect in the product.
We do not accept exchanges or returns if:
- the defects were caused by the use of an accessory;
- a certain period of time has passed since the purchase;
- the product has been customized (non-standard color combination, additional details, or size change).
Our online store of leather accessories operates in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, including the norms of the Civil Code.
How do I get a refund for damaged goods?
After the accessory is inspected at our warehouse, we will refund the money to the specified details within 3 business days. This applies to all GRANDE PELLE leather accessories purchased through our online store.
We would like to remind you that the buyer pays the shipping cost. However, if the goods are damaged during delivery or received with a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of shipping both ways.
We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the return and exchange policy before placing an order. We are ready to make an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
- providing photos confirming the defect or damage;
- preservation of presentation;
- specifying data from the bill of lading;
- no individual changes in the product.
